On April 22nd, I took advantage of a computer error and ordered the Mystery Bundle off the Canadian site. I figured I’d either luck out and get it, or they would just cancel my order.
My payment went through but I didn’t receive any shipping information, so I emailed CS on April 28th.
April 29th, I received a response that my order had shipped and had arrived at their international hub. I was told that I would receive updated shipping information. I was happy my order went through and really looking forward to trying these products.
I heard nothing, so I emailed again on May 10th. May 11th I receive a reply again stating my package had arrived at their facility and would be processed for the second shipment.
Still no updates and I am reading other people’s tales: some of people actually receiving their order; others getting an email that their order has been cancelled after already being shipped part way, and many having their order cancelled with no notification at all. Some had their order cancelled but did not receive a refund and another received a refund for the mystery bag but not for the shipping charge. Someone else had their order cancelled but was told they can put in a different order and pay full price and then after paying they will have $10 taken off after contacting customer service (what?)
So,,,, on May 19th I emailed yet again.
May 21st I get a generic email about issues with the mystery bag being sold in Canada and am told that my order is being held at their international hub. Meanwhile, they’ve had my money this entire time and I have no idea if i’m getting my order or not.
In an industry where the competition is fierce, customer service is everything and Too Faced has completely dropped the ball!
Save yourself the headache and don’t order from their site. Personally, I won’t buy their products again.
This was my first time ordering with the company and it was extremely chaotic. My first spring bundle order was partially cancelled (let's call this order#1) so I reached out to them. They said my items were cancelled due to inventory issues and the refund should process in 7-10 days. During this time period, I spoke to a really nice specialist who said as a courtesy from Too Faced, they'll offer to place an order for all the individual items from the spring bundle for free. But, I must be charged for the order first, and they will refund the whole order to me as soon as it ships ($150+ order total). This seemed like a really great resolution to my issue, so I agreed (let's call this order#2). The specialist reassured me that she made note of my refund and someone else will make sure it'll get to me (spoiler alert: she didn't). I waited a few days after receiving my shipping confirmation for the refund to come through but it never did. I called in again, and another service agent told me that no note about order#2's refund has been made, which left me feeling manipulated and scammed because they convinced me to order a large sum of products. I then spoke to a specialist and was told that they'll take care of this issue and a refund request was made for this order#2 as well. I also requested for a written email confirmation/follow-up about the refund, which I never received either. After waiting 7-10 days for BOTH order#1 and #2 refunds, I noticed that nothing came.
After almost three weeks of phone calls and emails to follow up about this situation, I eventually got refunds for both orders as promised. Oh and, when order#2 came, my palette had two distinct fingerprint-like markings on the product's shade closest to the palette's opening/closing clasp (perhaps because someone had to manually open and check the palette before shipping?). However, I didn't even bother contacting to them about this because I was just so exhausted from dealing with their issues, so I just disinfected that particular shade and moved on with my day.
For the most part, their service agents were nice but lacked transparency and competency all together. In addition, the fact that one of them convinced me into ordering a bunch of products again with a promise of a full refund on the order, but never made note of the refund in their system, was extremely shady/scam-like and deceptive. If you're a customer with issues about an order, expect yourself to be chasing them around for weeks until your inquiry is fulfilled. I had to exchange a total of 10 emails, 6 phone calls and spoke with 5 different people over their live-text chats to fully resolve my issues. In addition, please be very wary if they offer a "discount" or "courtesy" that requires you to purchase something full price first so that they'll apply the "discount" after being fully charged for your purchase.

This was my first and last time ordering from the Tf website. I ordered a mystery bundle for $24 CAD and it actually was a glitch, the price was originally more than that. However, I received a shipping confirmation and tracking number within a week and was excited to receive my package. I noticed that my shipment wouldn’t update from “awaiting dispatch” for over a week, so I’ve reached out to tf and they said they would look into it and I would hear from them shortly. It came to the end of the week, and still no response. So I message them again and they said that my package was flagged and is being shipped back to the warehouse and they will give me a refund. I messaged back asking why that happened, also that I’ve never had such issues with my over 100 online orders. I also asked if they can ship my package out again since it wasn’t lost or damaged. They didn’t reply, just gave me a refund. And it isn’t just me, I was on a forum where people in Canada were discussing this mystery bundle. Some people received theirs, some people got an empty box with samples, some people only got a lipgloss and mascara without the palette and highlighter. I brought this up to tf as well and they didn’t respond, even though they sent me an email saying that they would. It’s confirmed with me, too faced is very too faced. I hate that they make cute makeup, if it wasn’t for that, I wouldn’t purchase from them given all the political controversies with the brand owner and all. I’ve ordered from countless cosmetics brands, big and small, tf hands down has the worst, dishonest customer service. If they were mad that I managed to purchase their mystery bundle for cheaper than the original price because their website wasn’t coded properly, they should’ve just honoured it, not give me a tracking code, make me wait two weeks, then give a bs reason, and not respond to any of my legitimate questions to the situation.
Too Faced has a great piece of cosmetics. I got Lip Injection Liquid Lipstick, which is amazing and has a demi-matte cream formula that gives you full coverage. It lasts a long time. The customer support is outstanding. I'm probably going to get some more.
I ordered a birthday gift from too Faced's website. I thought it was a great deal and was super excited to receive it. I ended up receiving an empty box in the mail. The item i ordered went out of stock after i ordered it so they decided to send me an empty box. I called about this and the woman was extremely unhelpful. They offered me a refund for the item but didn't want to refund me shipping. They also never sent me an email saying the item was out of stock and id be getting a refund for it, or to cancel my order entirely since it was the one item in my order. They just sent me an empty box, tried to avoid refunding me my shipping, and i still haven't gotten a refund at all so if possible ill update this review when i do. I won't be ordering from them again, I recommend their makeup but order from Ulta or Sephora instead of their website. Better costumer service with those companies.
Absolutely inlove with this brand obsessed couldn't ask dor a better make up brane so flawless and silky
I love their foundation, mascara, concealer, lipstick and setting powder.
Some of their prouducts are hit or miss, the dewy finish foundation is oily and makes me break out (I think it's discontinued now) but their peach perfect foundation is my go-to. Their melted matte lipstick has beautiful colors but easily smears. Overall, I love their prouducts and have had mostly great experiences. I've seen people on here slamming the company over the CEO's personal stances. For context, the CEO fired their sister from the company for her anti-trans statements. I'm all for holding people accountable for their words so they can take more of my money. Prouducts are rather pricey, but they are quality and the company seems to really care about finding what works and maintaining their standard.
I just bought some of their cosmetics products, and it turns out to be absolutely fantastic.
I really love the mascara and pen eyeliner of them. Ultra quality products. Super long-lasting and smug proof, they are. Worth the money.
I adore this manufacturer very much. I have its foundation and it simply earns the amazing part of its name.
I genuinely enjoy their products but im not a fan of the CEO's attitude and statements. Wish the there was a more reasonable person behind this all.
Great quality makeup, very good service and easy issue/help system. I order a couple of products, when delivered my highlighter was cracked (shattered), I called up the help line; the lady I spoke to was very helpful and sorted for a replacement order to be sent out. Within a couple of days the whole order was replaced and sent out house. Would definitely recommend.
We genuinely appreciate your work and your endeavors to make you the best on the planet. On the off chance that you accelerate your reaction time, you would be better prompted.
